All our prices on this website is in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated. You can use this exchange rate as a guide against major currencies: (updated as of 22 June 2009)

Singapore orders: We will deliver anywhere within Singapore via regular mail free of charge. And you can opt for registered mail with an additional amount of S$2.24 only.
For those outside of Singapore: We also deliver our Hearts and Craft and Lollitops to any country for a minimum shipping and handling fee of US$2.00 (or around S$3.00). This should cover a few pieces of our products. If you are ordering more and if shipping is reasonable, we might absorb the costs to make it a sweeter deal for you. If you are thinking of ordering in bulk, here’s a guide from Singapore Post. All our products are within 200gm

LEAD TIME
- Earliest waiting time if the products are in stock: 7 – 10 business days
- In view of Out of Stock situation due to overwhelming response on a particular style: 5 – 7 weeks lead time is expected, well they are hand-made after all. And of cause we will do all we can to expedite the delivery
- For those who opt for registered mail, I will also send you the tracking number
PAYMENTS
- For orders within Singapore, you can transfer the funds to POSB Savings 007-24866-0 (Other banks, e.g OCBC or UOB also possible)
- Full refund will be given if your order in the alternative request is not possible
- For payment made via Internet Banking, please quote your order number or name, amount, date of transfer and transaction reference.
- For payment made via ATM, please indicate your Ref No., amount, date & time of transfer.
- Please email me once payment has been made to sales@heartsatmind.com including your mailing address & contact number.
- For orders outside of Singapore, we have set up Paypal for your convenience. Your bank will convert the charges into your own currency accordingly in your statement. And Paypal is a very secure mode of payment.
