We ship Internationally
Once your order is paid for, we do our best get to have it shipped within 3 business days, the overall delivery time depends on the distance your package travels and the type of service used.
If you place an additional order before your current order ships, we can generally combine your orders to save you on shipping charges. At times when order flows are above average, it may take a little longer to process your order (peak seasons, major sales, and when weather or suppliers plays havoc with us.) All shipments are FOB our dock meaning ownership of the goods and all risks including loss, delay and damage are transferred to the buyer once we hand goods over to the carrier.
Domestic
We will ship your items via normal mail through Singapore Post/Speedpost. Our website provides estimated shipping quotes before you checkout so you know exactly how much you're going to pay for shipping based on volumetric weight. If you require registered mail, we have an option for that too with a minimal fee of $2.24. Or a request for courier at a flat fee of S$8.00.
With exception to Penny Scallan, Seedling & Golly Gosh. All shipments will be mailed via registered mail.

Free deliveries to locations in Singapore are available for orders from S$150 and above (after discounts). Refunds made after delivery. Free deliveries are made to one address as indicated by the Customer. The free delivery will be sent via our appointed courier service agent or via Singapore Post/Speedpost. A tracking number will be provided which the Customer may use to trace the delivery status if the parcel is not received within 2 days of dispatch. Singpost deliveries are carried out from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. The parcel will be signed for at the delivery address indicated by the Customer. In the event of absence at the moment of delivery, a delivery notice will be left at the address of delivery indicated by the Customer, allowing him/her to collect the parcel from the nearest post office indicated in the delivery note. The parcel will only be held at the post office for a limited number of days as indicated in the delivery note. Methods of delivery outside Singapore/International Shipping:
Deliveries made Internationally will be charged according to International Shipping Prices. Our delivery methods are carried out via SingPost Registered Mail. The charges involved depend on the country of destination, and the total weight and volume of the selected articles. The charges and delivery times are indicated to the Customer before the final validation of his order. For delivery outside Singapore, the duration may vary from 2 to 16 days according to country of destination. Our website provides estimated shipping quotes before you checkout so you know exactly how much you're going to pay for shipping.
Shipping and postage rates are indicated as accurately as possible. Please understand that these charges are not profit earned nor does it cater for any extra handling charges. Should there be any overcharge of more than S$1.00, a refund through paypal will be issued.
The shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country. heartsatmind.com has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.
Gift wrapping
If you wish to have gift wrapping, simply specify it at the time of confirming your order. You can also write a personalised message, which will be printed on a card and added to the parcel. Your order will be prepared with the greatest care and will be packed in a refined gift package. (May take an additional 2 - 3 working days for shipping in cases whereby a theme color or special request for packaging is being asked for).
